Creative tracker + Meta ad launcher

Track the brief.
The ads launch themselves.

AdLauncher runs your whole creative process in one place: briefs, editors, review, approval and launch. Because every brief is tracked with its Drive folder and its launch settings, an approved brief is already a ready-to-launch ad set. No spreadsheet to fill in twice, no upload day.

How it works
01

Brief

Add a row per brief: ref, concept, editor, target date, how many ads. Give it a Drive folder. The spreadsheet is the brief.

02

Edit

Editors work from a board of their briefs and deliver files into the brief's folder. Moving a card to In review checks the folder: every ad found, every pair that is missing a size.

03

Approve

Campaign, ad set, copy and settings were filled in while the brief was being made, from your best-performing ads. Approving the brief is the last human step.

04

Launch

Press Launch, or let a schedule launch every approved brief. Ads are created paused. The row shows the uploaded ad set and each ad's Meta review status.

Features

No upload work

Most teams track briefs in one sheet and build ads in another. Here the tracking is the preparation: by the time a brief is approved, its ad set is defined and its files are checked.

A spreadsheet you control

Edit any cell, paste columns, fill down, undo. Dropdowns are always your live campaigns, ad sets and templates. Every row says exactly what is still missing.

A board for editors

Editors see their cards, the brief, the deadline and the folder to deliver into. No access to ad accounts, no way to launch. Drag to In review when the files are in.

Settings from your winners

Copy, Page, Instagram, UTM tags and ad set settings start from each campaign's top ad and best ad set. Edit them once; every brief inherits them.

Nothing happens by accident

Paused by default. Meta validates before anything is created. Re-runs never duplicate. Launching live ads takes an explicit confirmation.

Room to grow

Usage shows how many ads each account can still launch this hour and when the budget resets. Files upload once per account, in parallel.

Who it's for

Brands and agencies that ship new creative every week and want the brief, the edit and the launch to be one workflow, not three.

Built by the team behind Peep Club's weekly ad pipeline, where it replaces a tracker sheet, an upload sheet and a launch script. AdLauncher is in private pilot.

Questions
What replaces my brief tracker?

The Spreadsheet launcher: one row per brief with ref, concept, editor, target date, expected deliverables, notes and status from Backlog to Launched. It is a real spreadsheet (keyboard, paste, fill down) with the launch settings living on the same row. Download it as CSV any time.

What do editors see?

A board of their briefs. Each card opens to the brief, the deadline, the Drive folder to deliver into and the files found so far, with any pairing problems named. Editors cannot see ad accounts or launch anything.

Does it spend money without me?

No. Ads, ad sets and campaigns are created paused unless you deliberately choose "Active" and confirm it. Nothing spends until you switch it on in Ads Manager.

What does the folder need to look like?

One folder per brief. Inside, each ad is two files with the same name and a size suffix: hero_9x16.mp4 and hero_4x5.mp4. Videos and images both work. The spreadsheet shows what is paired and what is missing before anyone launches.

Where do the copy and settings come from?

From your best ads. AdLauncher reads each campaign's top ad and best ad set into templates you can edit, duplicate or replace. Each brief picks its templates on the row, so one launch can carry different copy per brief.

What access does it need?

Google: your name and email to sign in, and read-only Drive so it can read the creative folders. Meta: permission to read your campaigns and create ads in the ad accounts you choose. Both can be revoked at any time.
