Privacy policy

AdLauncher ("we") helps businesses create ads in their own Meta ad accounts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

• Your account details: the name and email address you sign in with.
• Meta connection: when you connect through Facebook Login for Business, Meta issues us an access token for the business assets you select (ad accounts, Pages and, optionally, Instagram accounts and pixels). We also store the IDs and names of those assets.
• Your ad content: the creative files, copy, landing URLs and settings you give us to build ads.
• Records of what we did: which ad sets and ads we created, and when.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: to list your campaigns and ad sets, upload your creative to your own ad account, and create the ads you ask for. We do not sell data, show you ads, or use your data to train models. We never read your ad performance for anyone but you.

Meta permissions and why we need them

• ads_management: to upload creative and create ad sets and ads in the ad accounts you selected.
• ads_read: to list your campaigns and ad sets so you can choose where ads go.
• business_management: to see which ad accounts, Pages and pixels your business granted us.
• pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement: to list the Pages your ads can run from.
• instagram_basic: to identify the Instagram account your ads can run from.
• instagram_branded_content_ads_brand: to list, request and revoke the creators who allow partnership ads with your brand, and to run those ads.

Where it is stored

On servers we operate. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shown back to anyone, including you. Creative files are copied to our server when you check a folder so a launch is quick; they are removed when the brief is deleted, or after 30 days unused. Data is sent only to Meta, to carry out the actions you request.

How long we keep it

For as long as your workspace is active. When you disconnect or ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days. See data deletion.

How to delete your data

1. Remove our access: in Meta Business Settings go to Integrations → Connected apps, select AdLauncher and remove it. Our token stops working immediately. To remove Google Drive access, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove AdLauncher.

2. Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with, subject "Delete my data". Within 30 days we delete your workspace, tokens, asset IDs, copy, settings and records, and confirm by email. Ads already in your ad account are yours and are not deleted.
